Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Women enrolled in CARE

Exclusion

  • Inability to provide informed consent.
  • Subjects who, at the time of enrollment into E-CARE, are long-term residents of a skilled nursing facility (that is, residency is not limited to short-term rehabilitation).
