Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age 18 years or older
  • Undergoing thoracic aortic aneurysm surgery
  • Impaired renal function

Exclusion

  • Prior history of allergy/adverse reaction to Nesiritide
  • History of any organ transplant
  • Preoperative intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP)
  • Decompensated congestive heart failure (CHF)
