- Inclusion Criteria
- Attend participating pediatric clinic (serving poor, largely black, and Hispanic communities)
- Family with child 4 to 7 months of age at enrollment
- English- or Spanish-speaking
- Exclusion Criteria
- Developmental delay
- Eligible for Early Intervention program
