Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 80 years of age and older
- Symptomatic bradycardia
Exclusion
- Permanent atrial fibrillation
- Previous pacemaker implant
- Life expectancy less than 1 year
- Geographic isolation
- Unable to give informed consent
