Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Seen before 30 GA weeks
  • Normal karyotype
  • Single pregnancy
  • Isolated gastroschisis
  • No associated disease (maternal)
  • Accept randomization and understand the study

Exclusion

  • Maternal diabetes
  • Maternal infection with HIV, hepatitis
  • Preexistent oligohydramnios before inclusion
