Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- At least 21 years of age
- Normal screening laboratory studies
- At least two of the following: resting tremor, cogwheel rigidity, bradykinesia, and postural reflex impairment
Exclusion
- Pregnancy
- Significant medical disease including abnormalities found on screening
