Inclusion
- 18 years or older
- English speaking
- Self-reported mobility limitation
- BMI greater than or equal to 27
- Receiving care at the University of Illinois, Chicago (UIC) Medical Center
- Sedentary
Exclusion
- did not receive physician approval to participate
