Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • All patients suffering from carcinoma of stomach, decided for operation
  • subtotal, D1/D2 dissection
  • palliative resection

Exclusion

  • actively bleeding tumor
  • perforation of tumor
  • patient present with gastric outlet obstruction
  • combine organ excision
  • known diabetes with nephropathy
