Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Adults \> 18 years old
  • Clinical diagnosis of melasma
  • Mental capacity to give informed consent

Exclusion

  • Pregnancy
  • H/o allergy to Jessner's solution, tricholoracetetic acid, tretinoin, or hydroquinone
  • Active dermatitis
  • Presence of cutaneous infection
