Brief Summary

To investigate the size of PPD and TB specific ELISPOT among children between 3m/o and 15 y/o . Calculate the normal range of age specific PPD size in children who recieved BCG at new-born period.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • A healthy child with the age between 3 month to 15 year, who has received BCG in the first month of life as schedule, without history of exposure of tuberculosis. -

Exclusion

  • Children not received his BCG within one month after birth, immunodeficiency, received steroid or immunosuppresant within 6 weeks, severe infection within 6 weeks, received life vaccine within 6 weeks
