Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Community dwelling
  • History of falls (at least 1 fall in the past 12 months) or poor balance
  • Functional mobility (no dependence on mobility aids)

Exclusion

  • Neurological or musculoskeletal disorder
  • Cognitive disorder (e.g. dementia)
  • Osteoporosis
