Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age 60 years or older
  • Elective orthopedic or plastic lower limp surgery
  • in spinal anesthesia

Exclusion

  • Body weight \<40 kg
  • Currently in treatment with lithium
  • Evidence of aortic valve regurgitation
