Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Sustained a head trauma (closed head injury or subarachnoid hemorrhage \[SAH\])
- Fitted with a intraventricular drainage catheter
- Currently being treated with morphine
Exclusion
- Patient is receiving another PGP inhibitor drug other than morphine or midazolam
