Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- gastrointestinal or bronchial cancer
- weight loss of 10% within 6 months
- sufficient mobility
Exclusion
- severe pain, steroid therapy, severe internal, muscular, neurological, psychiatric disease, N-acetylcysteine allergy
