Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • gastrointestinal or bronchial cancer
  • weight loss of 10% within 6 months
  • sufficient mobility

Exclusion

  • severe pain, steroid therapy, severe internal, muscular, neurological, psychiatric disease, N-acetylcysteine allergy
