Inclusion
- Males
- Nonpregnant females
- Receiving chemotherapy for BMT/HSCT
Exclusion
- Documented hepatic dysfunction
- History of cirrhosis
- History of acute renal failure (creatinine clearance \< 25 mL/min)
- Gastrointestinal malabsorptive disorder
