to treat in an open non comparative clinical study patients presenting pemphigus with corticodependance, corticoresistance and contre-indication to systemic steroids.

- pemphigus corticoresistant
- pemphigus cortico dependant
- contre-indications : systémic steroids

- age \< 18
- cardiopathie
- pregnant woman
- absence contraception
