Inclusion
- Male or female more than 18 years old
Exclusion
- Age less than 18 years old
- Pregnant women
- Local carcinoma excluding radiotherapic or surgical control
- Poor general condition
- Contraindication to general anesthesia
- Uncontrolled diabetes
