Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • frequence of bowel movement of at least 3/day
  • global disease severity of at least 3

Exclusion

  • taking medications which will influence frequency of bowel movement
  • patient taking anticoagulants or suffering from coagulopathy
  • pregancy
