Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Community-dwelling women aged over 65 years
  • urodynamically proven stress incontinence
  • Medically stable

Exclusion

  • Already receiving physiotherapy intervention
  • Neurogenic incontinence
  • Cannot comply with training program
