Inclusion

  • First episode of left sided prosthetic valve thrombosis

Exclusion

  • Contraindication to thrombolysis
  • Refusal to give informed consent
  • Pregnant women
  • age less than 12 years or more than 70 years
  • previous treatment for prosthetic valve thrombosis
