Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age \>=18years
  • Acute Myocardial Infarction
  • Blood Glucose Level \>=10mmol/L
  • Wall motion abnormality on baseline echocardiogram

Exclusion

  • Active infection/inflammation
  • Cardiac shunt
  • Cognitive Impairment
  • Insulin allergy
