Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age \> 17, Head CT shows intracranial hemorrhage \< 6 hours after injury, GCS\<13 consented

Exclusion

  • nonsurvivable injuries for more then 48 hours, CPR in the field, patients already on erythropoietin
