- Outpatients of at least 18 years of age
- GERD
- Patients with symptoms of GERD
- Main exclusion criteria:
- Signs, indicating other gastrointestinal diseases
- Other concomitant diseases
- Special restrictions for female patients
- Previous medication
- Concomitant medication
