Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- non-diabetic obese subjects and type 2 diabetic subjects
Exclusion
- smoking
- known peripheral artery insufficiency
- heart failure
- uncontrolled hypertension
- thyroid disease
- insulin dependent diabetes
- for diabetics subjects : HbA1c \> 10 %
