Inclusion
- Aged 18-85 years
- Left bundle branch block with or without heart failure
- Narrow QRS duration with or without heart failure
Exclusion
- No informed consent
- No sinus rhythm
- Poor acoustic window
- For cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging part:
- claustrophobia
- devices
