Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- singleton pregnancy
- gestation of at least 36 weeks at recruitment
- no uterine scar
- the absence of any obstetric complication that would contraindicate vaginal delivery.
Exclusion
- refusal to participate in trial
- contraindications to labour, vaginal delivery, breastfeeding
