- Atticoantral chronic otitis media 2. complicated unsafe otitis media 3. Otitis media with cholesteatoma, polyp, granulation tissue 4. Ear with retraction pockets leading to attic -
Exclusion
- tubotympanic otitis media alone
- otitis media with effusion
- Acute otitis media -
