  • Atticoantral chronic otitis media 2. complicated unsafe otitis media 3. Otitis media with cholesteatoma, polyp, granulation tissue 4. Ear with retraction pockets leading to attic -

Exclusion

  • tubotympanic otitis media alone
  • otitis media with effusion
  • Acute otitis media -
