  • Diagnosis of breast cancer
  • PATIENT CHARACTERISTICS:
  • Patients: 30 to 80 years of age
  • Family members: 20 to 80 years of age
  • Healthcare team members: 20 to 80 years of age
  • Must be conversant in English
  • PRIOR CONCURRENT THERAPY:
