Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 45-75 years
- Body Mass Index \>= 25
- Diabetes treatment for at least 12 months
- Regular visitors of the participating community pharmacy
Exclusion
- Patients taking only insulin (no oral antidiabetic drugs)
