Inclusion
- Age 65 or older,
- Clalit health organization client
- Outpatient
- Hebrew or English or Russian speaker
- Living in Beer Sheva
Exclusion
- Known diagnosis of depression, major depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, dementia or substance abuse
- Current acute illness
