Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • 18 or more years of age
  • Rheumatoid Arthritis diagnosed by a rheumatologist
  • Stable medication regimen for 3 months

Exclusion

  • Previous exposure to arthritis self-management programs
  • Uncontrolled psychiatric comorbidity
  • Uncontrolled medical comorbidity (e.g. active cancer)
