Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Infants 0-6 months of age who require a thoracotomy for lung resection.
- Parents accept the placement of an epidural catheter.
Exclusion
- Premature infants
- Patients allergic to fentanyl and/or bupivacaine.
- Known medical contraindications. -
