Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Primary hip fracture, no substance abuse, no regular opioid, corticosteroid or benzodiazepine therapy, hepatic insufficiency, myastenia gravis, allergies to drug components

Exclusion

  • Severe respiratory insufficiency
