Inclusion
- Major depression
- Informed consent
Exclusion
- Known epilepsy or previous unexplained loss of consciousness after sleep deprivation
- Bipolar disorder
- Acute or chronic inflammatory diseases
- Psychosis
- Suicidal tendency
- Pregnancy or nursing
