Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Diabetes mellitus
- chronic non-healing foot ulcers (\>4weeks)
Exclusion
- Charcot foot
- Non-diabetic ulcers
- Ulcers healing under conventional therapy
- Sepsis
- Hematologic disorders
- Pregnancy
- Acute inflammatory disorders
- Chemotherapy
