Inclusion
- Kaiser Permanente (KP)member
- 18 years of age or older
- Receiving routine primary care in KP dental offices
- Tobacco user at time of routine dental visit
Exclusion
- Non-KP member
- Less than 18 years or age
- Non-tobacco user
