Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age \> 18 yr.
  • Hospitalized to Siriraj Hospital
  • Infections with ESBL-producing E.coli or K.pneumoniae
  • Consent informed consent

Exclusion

  • Pregnancy or lactating mother
  • Colistin allergy
  • Neurologic diseases
