Inclusion
- Age \> 18 yr.
- Hospitalized to Siriraj Hospital
- Infections with ESBL-producing E.coli or K.pneumoniae
- Consent informed consent
Exclusion
- Pregnancy or lactating mother
- Colistin allergy
- Neurologic diseases
