Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Primary family caregiver for an older adult with dementia
  • Self-reported caregiver stress or burden
  • Fluency in written/spoken English

Exclusion

  • non-family or non-primary caregiver
  • existing use of expressive writing / diary
