Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • elective partial pneumonectomy under lateral or posterolateral thoracotomy, performed under standardized general anesthesia.

Exclusion

  • Patient's refusal
  • Bad health status
  • Previous neuropathic pain or treatment acting on neuropathic pain
  • Major postoperative complication
  • Intolerance to ketamine
  • Epidural anesthesia
