Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- elective partial pneumonectomy under lateral or posterolateral thoracotomy, performed under standardized general anesthesia.
Exclusion
- Patient's refusal
- Bad health status
- Previous neuropathic pain or treatment acting on neuropathic pain
- Major postoperative complication
- Intolerance to ketamine
- Epidural anesthesia
