Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock
  • Patient without contraindication to IABP or ECLS-Impella

Exclusion

  • Patient with refractory cardiogenic shock
  • Reperfusion \> 24 hours after the pain begins
