Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age 18 years and older
- Intubated and assisted mechanical ventilation
- Traumatic brain injury requiring advanced neuromonitoring
- Abbreviated injury scale 3 or more in torso. abdomen, or extremities
Exclusion
- Age less than 18 years
- Pregnancy
