Inclusion
- Type 2 Diabetes
- Insulin-naive
- Non-smoker
Exclusion
- Significant pulmonary, hepatic or renal disease
- severe congestive heart failure
- active malignancy or malignancy within the last 5 years
- systemic glucocorticoid therapy
