Inclusion

  • two groups of 16 healthy subjects

Exclusion

  • diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance
  • peripheral vascular disease
  • pulmonary disease
  • clinically significant hepatic or renal disease
  • triglycerides \>200mg/dl
  • anemia
  • abnormal PT, PTT or INR
  • pregnancy or lactation
