Inclusion
- Mild Congestive Heart Failure
- Must be able to exercise
Exclusion
- Venous or arterial thrombus
- Lower extremity arthritis
- Blood clotting abnormalities
- Claudication
- Peripheral vascular disease
- Evidence of deep vein thrombosis on ultrasound
