Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Nornal period I/D=28-35/3-5 (eumenorrheic)
- age:21-40
- No use of oral pills in past 6 months
- BMI1: 8.5-24.9
- No history of smoke, alcohol or drug abuse
- No regular exercise in past 3 month
Exclusion
- CVD, hepatic, renal disease
- psychological disease
- Thyroid disease
