Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Severe heart failure (NYHA III-IV) with fluid overload
- Ejection fraction \< 40%
- Estimated fluid overload \> 4 kg
Exclusion
- Severe renal insufficiency
- Acute pulmonary edema and/or cardiogenic shock
