Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • adult more than 21 years old
  • open heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass

Exclusion

  • renal dysfunction
  • reoperation
  • use of inotropic support
  • neurological dysfunction
  • chronic pulmonary obstructive disease
  • emergency or urgency
