Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age over 12 years
- Symptomatic recurrent pleural effusion
- Pneumothorax needing pleurodesis
Exclusion
- Life expectancy \<1 month
- Unwilling to give consent
- Empyema
- ICTD drain output \>150 ml/d
- Presence of an airleak
