- Tennis elbow during more than 6 months
- Signature of consent
Exclusion
- Less than 18 years old
- Osteoarthritis elbow
- Referred cervical pain
- Fibromyalgia
- Pregnancy
- Myasthenia
- Polymyositis
- SLA
- Anticoagulant treatment
- Aminosides
- Diabetes
- Alcoholism
- Previous botulinum toxin A injections
