Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- TPP
- Hyperthyroid patients from any causes
- Evidence of hypokalemia (k\<3.5 mg/dl)from intracellular shift (Urine K\<15 mg/dl, TTKG\<2)
- Episodic paralysis
Exclusion
- Hypokalemia from GI or renal loss
