Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • TPP
  • Hyperthyroid patients from any causes
  • Evidence of hypokalemia (k\<3.5 mg/dl)from intracellular shift (Urine K\<15 mg/dl, TTKG\<2)
  • Episodic paralysis

Exclusion

  • Hypokalemia from GI or renal loss
